Butterfly Life is a boutique women’s fitness facility that specifically addresses the needs of women today. We create healthy living solutions that empower women to make individual changes in their own lives. The concept is designed for women who are interested in attaining achievable results in a nurturing, non-threatening environment. Other fitness facilities focus on working out, we working out, we work on transforming. We do this by combining circuit training, group exercise classes, motivation and nutrition all in one place. A 30 minute strength and cardio-training circuit workout on weight stacked equipment designed and engineered especially for women’s bodies.

50 different group exercise classes per week including Pilates, Yoga, sculpt, step and dance.

Our exclusive Butterfly Life Diet plan that uses real food.
